GYRO – Knots Policy

1. What Are Knots?

Knots (“KN”) are virtual in-app points used within GYRO to unlock features, participate in competitions, and access certain rewards.

Knots are not real currency, have no monetary value, and are not a financial product, stored-value facility, or electronic money under Australian law.

Redemption scope:

Knots may only be redeemed for bonus or discount codes (“Partner Codes”) offered by authorised partners and made available exclusively through:

• The GYRO mobile app, or
• The official GYRO website.

Partner Codes are subject to the partner’sown terms, conditions, and availability.

Knots cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or external goods/services outside these official redemption methods. GYRO will not recognise or support any transactions made through unofficial sources.

All Knot redemptions are final once a Partner Code is issued and cannot be reversed or refunded.

2. How Knots Are Earned

Users may earn Knots (KN) by:

• Completing quizzes, tests, or achievements;
• Participating in competitions or tournaments;
• Receiving bonuses during events or promotions;
• Referral programs or special campaigns;
• Purchasing them directly within the GYRO app (via Apple or Google in-app purchase systems).

All earning, purchase, and redemptionmechanisms operate exclusively within the GYRO app.
Knots obtained elsewhere are invalid and will not be recognised.

GYRO reserves the right to adjust reward rates or earning methods to maintain system fairness.

3. Using Knots

Knots may be used to:

• Unlock premium quizzes or challenges;
• Purchase in-app items (e.g., additional attempts, special achievements);
• Enter tournaments or ranking leagues;
• Redeem partner discounts or offers through the Knot Exchange.

Knots cannot be transferred, sold, traded, gifted, or combined between accounts unless explicitly allowed within the app.

4. Validity and Expiration

Knots remain valid as long as your account is active and compliant with the Terms of Use.

If your account shows 12 months of inactivity (no logins or transactions), your Knots may expire.

You will be notified via email or in-app alert at least 30 days before expiration.

Expired Knots cannot be reinstated.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the Knot system — including but not limited to:

• Multiple/fake accounts;
• Exploiting software bugs or automation tools;
• Collusion in competitions;
• False achievement reporting — may result in immediate forfeiture of Knots, account suspension, or permanent ban.

GYRO reserves the right to review and adjust Knot balances if suspicious activity is detected.

5A. Official Sources and Third-PartySales

Knots can only be earned, purchased, or redeemed through:

• The official GYRO app (App Store / Google Play version), or
• Official GYRO Team communications (emails ending with info@gyro.team).

GYRO does not authorise any third-party websites, apps, or individuals to sell or distribute Knots.

Any external offer (e.g., Telegram groups, social media “sales”, unofficial discounts) is unauthorised and potentially fraudulent.

Users should:

• Never share payment details or login credentials with third parties claiming to sell Knots;
• Always verify authenticity via official GYRO channels;
• Report suspected fraud to info@gyro.team immediately.

GYRO assumes no liability for losses or unauthorised transactions via unofficial sources.

Only Knots obtained directly from GYRO or its verified partners are valid.

6. Refundsand Reversals

Knots are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.

If you receive a refund for a subscription or purchase that awarded Knots, the corresponding Knots may be deducted.

Where required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), GYRO may re-credit Knots or provide equivalent access in cases of verified technical failure or service disruption.

7. Partner Rewards and Exchanges

Through the Knot Exchange, users may redeem Knots for partner benefits (e.g., discounts, merchandise, or online courses).

All redemptions are subject to:

• The partner’s availability and individual conditions;
• Verification by both GYRO and the partner;
• Compliance with the Terms of Use and this Policy.

GYRO makes no guarantee that:

• A specific partner, offer, or discount will remain available;
• A partner’s service or product will meet user expectations;
• Any external reward will be error-free, uninterrupted, or as described.

The partner has the right to decline or cancel a reward or discount if:

• The user violated partner rules or eligibility criteria;
• Knots were obtained dishonestly or through unauthorised means;
• The offer expired or was withdrawn.

Users are responsible for checking the current validity and terms of any partner offer before redemption.

GYRO is not responsible for:

• The quality, delivery, or outcome of partner services;
• Dissatisfaction with partner products or offers;
• Losses, damages, or claims arising from partner transactions

Once Knots are redeemed and a Partner Code is issued, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

8. Account Termination

If your account is suspended, terminated, or deleted (voluntarily or by GYRO):

• All unused Knots will be forfeited immediately;
• You will not receive any monetary or credit compensation;
• Restoration of Knots upon reactivation is not guaranteed.

9. Modificationsto the Knots System

GYRO may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Knot system for technical, operational, or legal reasons.

Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any material changes.

Such changes may include:

• Adjusting Knot values or rates;
• Altering earning or redemption mechanics;
• Introducing new tiers, limits, or conditions.

Your continued use of GYRO after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Knots Policy.

10. Legal and Tax Notices

Knots do not accrue interest and are not financial instruments.

They cannot be used for gambling, speculation, or any unlawful activity.

User sare solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from participation in reward programs.
